On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 2-4 weeks. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service. Please allow up to 2 weeks additional time for deliveries to remote areas.

Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock.
At Heal the Bay, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We will be happy to accept returns or replace any damaged/incorrect items assuming a comparable replacement is available within 60 days from the day you received the item, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Refunds will be available for up to 60 days from the day you receive your order. To request a refund, email retail@healthebay.org during the 60-day period following the original delivery date of the order.
