The Sunflower Sea Star is a magnificent, multi-armed giant that is a key predator in Pacific kelp forests but is now facing a severe threat from a devastating disease. They are vital to maintaining healthy kelp forests and supporting biodiversity.

Kelp grows in underwater forests that make oxygen and store carbon. These forests also give food and shelter to many ocean animals, which helps keep our planet healthy.

Not Your Average Sea Star

A fully grown sunflower sea star can span over 3 feet in diameter and have up to 24 arms.

On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 2-4 weeks. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service. Please allow up to 2 weeks additional time for deliveries to remote areas.
